With the sellers’ best interest, we work hands-on with their existing belongings, re-arranging and removing items to ensure each room is well presented and photo-ready. The stager provides the client with a seller success guide (to-do list) outlining priority areas, repairs, furniture layout, paint colours, lighting – simple updates that will increase the salability. Shopping recommendations are made IF we feel some colour and décor will assist in showcasing the home.

$400 plus G.S.T. for listing period (maximum 120 days)
Don’t show buyers a cold, empty house! Our furniture transforms a vacant house into an inviting home that buyers see themselves enjoying easily. Empty rooms just aren’t appealing. If you can’t get buyers through the door, it makes it a difficult sell. Buyers shop for houses with logic, but buy homes on emotion – make it love at first sight! Initial 30-day rate: $1,200.00 plus G.S.T. (Includes: design, inventory fee, installation and removal, professional movers in and out)
Subsequent 30-day period: IF required = inventory fee 500.00 plus G.S.T.
